Hi everyone from Colchester
Hi all
I live in Colchester and stumbled across a very informative build video of an F-15...so headed over here as I've started modelling again a couple of years ago and I want to move onto taking them further than I did when I was a kid
I've now moved away from Humbrol enamels and brushes and I've just bought myself a compressor and spray gun and a load of Tamiya paints and looking forward to giving it a go. I know you're never totally done with brushes though.
So I'll likely be posting asking lots of questions and opinions (I'll apologise now if they've been asked before - I will try and search for the answer first) - but often it's quicker and more productive to ask than go rooting through old posts (that's my lazy side)
Anyway - great build on the F-15. I'm 3 videos in and you've only just done the cockpit - but what a cockpit it was turning out to be...superb ideas on spraying and weathering effects.
Thanks
