Hello from Wales in the UK not the sea.

Post by DaveTheMinion »

Hello everyone :hi:

I have been building stuff for a very long time now, a carpenter by trade but due to age and the fact I now have Parkinson's I am no longer allowed near big sharp and dangerous tools, so decided to go back to models where I can use small and dangerous tools
I mostly build wooden ships but have found that the work needed can be a tad too much for me these days so resorting to plastic etc. I haven't built many plastic kits so after looking at your YouTube vids I am really keen to have a go, so a huge thanks from the wife and I for giving me something to look forward too.

However the wife was not too impressed at the gear I was planning on ordering  but if you need it, you have to have it :thumb1:

well that's it from me, I am going for a walk about the forums

all the best
Dave
