Final Reveal: 1/72 Italeri Douglas Dakota Mk.III (C-47)

Post by HistoryRider »

Hello Everyone!!!

I finally finished up my C-47 Skytrain build!!!!

Overall it was a great fun project, it was fairly quick and steady, with a few quirks here and there. There was some confusion in the instructions and a few pieces were a lousy design for the kit.

It went together well with minimal effort and not much was needed to make parts cooperate.

You can see more here!

ENJOY THE REVEAL!!!

Great recovery from a potential disaster with a marvelous outcome! Great job Nolan, hope you have a nice big shelf to show her off on?! :) :thumb1: :thumb1:

The stripes look really good....I'm getting a little anxious about masking mine
