Introduction of Porta

Post by Porta »

Hello everyone,

I’ll will keep this short and simple becource mine Englisch isnt that good. (wil practice while surfing on this fantastic Forum!) I'm a Dutch fellow living in a village 3 clicks East from Arnhem and I've been making models (after a cap of almost 20! years) again for the last 2 years. Mainly models with wings or tracks and specially German armor and plane’s. (I love the STuG , Panther and of cource the beast of war: the Tiger). But also a Hawker Hurricane or Spitfire i like to build. ( in short: almost everything aslong it is from WW2).

When i was a young boy i build de (still) famous MatchBox, know i know better. I saw on the forum that (pffwiiii) i’m not the only builder with a bigger stash than i probably can build in, say the next decade? ;-) Mine whole attic is been isolated with styreen. Anyway, i just completed building a new garage and of cource some extra space for “the mancave”, so now i can focus on the plastic hobby. I’ll will try to improve mine building skills, so i can take the hobby to a other level. So guys, this is shortly mine introduction. If there are questions: shoot. Otherwise we “see” eachother on the Forum!
