The jars are chipping fluid, white paint and washable white paint. I have a winter camo project in the future and I not decided on which method I would use, so I covered all the bases since it wasn't going to add to the shipping costs.
The main purchase:

Plenty of pieces but no instructions. Nothing. Not a single sheet of paper in the box. You have to use the photo on the box to figure it out ( and people complain about Ikea...). Some PVA glue and a couple of brad nails were what I used. Tip: get a friend to help, or better yet hire an octopus, getting all the slats in to both sides at the same time is a challenge.
Resulting in:

To fit the Tamiya jars each hole has to be opened about 2mm all the way around. Not a big deal with a sanding drum in a Dremel tool, but very dusty.
Holds 45 jars in total. The rack was 18 euro and shipping was the same to Canada.
