Final sprue and decals which although in register and with little to no excess carrier film do feel rather thick. Also made a start and found out an interesting fact, this kit has no engine, guess I'll be gluing the cover down then!

Called a "curbside model" when the car has no engine
It is fairly common in rally, sports and racing scale vehicles...but sucks!!
Lancias have great body lines

Now photobucket seems to have stopped playing sillybeggars, time for a quick update. Quite a bit of flash present and being black plastic can be tricky to spot but easy enough to clean up. The imterior is supposed to be basically all black but i decided to brighten things up a little to make everything actually visible inside.

Thanks Homer, been a rather productive day today. Left the light glass off until I've got the paint down just to save masking them all.

Cheers Ian, have been on a roll today, finished off my fw190, de-sprued the track links for my next tank too.

Great job on the decals, always loads to do compared with armour or planes, one of my favourite part of the build. Even the real cars are easier to apply decals to now, being vinyl wrapped these days

Got the decals on, just a bit of tidying up around a wheel arch to do then another coat of gloss before adding lights and painting anything not meant to be shiny.

Little more progress and not a lot left to do, pretty much just the tyres and mudflaps (which incidentally came as a thin sheet of rubber which you had to cut out yourself using templates, i cut said templates out of the instruction sheet and pva glued them to the rubber to make life easier then simply cut around them and peeled them off.
