[completed] blitz build- 1/35 Zvezda SU-100

Post by timtamtung »

Hi guys, this is going to be one quick build i want to do.
Haven't built a russian tank destroyer before so this is going to be exciting.
The kit is a really old italeri / zvezda 1993 kit so some of it looks awful (especially the tracks).

However, this is going to be a straight Out Of the box build so here goes.

a few hours in, came out with this so far. It's not bad, quality and fit could be so much better.
It's russian so i will be weathering the hell out of this to hide the imperfections

The Russians did that too - so it's 100% historical accurate :D

SU-100 is done and dusted.

Weathered using Mig Production mud paste and pigments only.
all in all, not a bad kit. some details here and there.
