HMS Dreadnought - 1907 Trumpeter 1/350

Post by TheTroyster »

This is the whole reason I got into building models - I love this pre-World War 1 Battleship stuff. Of course, I am somewhat reluctant to even build this ship. I know many will be comparing my build with the amazing build thread on this same kit that can be found on this form. But, it's what I most want to build.

I Have a wood deck. Have this amazing 3D book, and I took a practice run earlier this year on a battleship - and it turned out fine so here goes...

I enjoyed building this kit. It taught me not to follow the steps in the instructions but to plan ahead. It looks great in my den. Looking forward to see what you can do with it.

I empathise with you Troyster. I feel I want to build something soooo much that I actually can't start in case I don't do "it" justice. I look at my stash and probably 50% of them hold that over me in some shape or form. The more AM the worse the feeling.

Good luck my friend, I'm sure you will do her proud.
