Airfix 1/72 Messerschmitt BF110C

Post by Gav0909 »

So I got this build finished this evening. Few areas I would have rather done better with, although the canopy masking worked well, there is a slight "rim" of the primer showing under the green colour round each pane which is a bit irritating, but hey ho.

Thoughts, comments and critiscm are welcome.

She looks great dude. :th:

Nice weathering on the underside really looks the part.

What did you use for the exhaust weathering? (As in the dark marks on the wings)
On the bench

Too much to list. !!

I have a small Tamiya weathering set, like a make up set. Has a black, rust and white pigment in it. So I just rub that on where I want the stains (the black and rust, not the white). It works well.

looks great gav, mine will look nowhere near as good.

conapy is OK but you might try a green wash in the glass then wipe it all off, a little may stay on the u/c and tone it down a little.
