Tamiya 1/48 Messerschmitt Me 262

Post by JonMW »

A simple build of Tamiyas pretty nice Me 262, only added some PE belts from Eduard the rest is OOB. Most of the paints are from MR Paints RLM range plus some Tamiya en Vallejo for some details. Weathered with Ultimate dark dirt and a bunch of different oils and some earth pigments.

Beautiful work. Loving the final look and the subtle paint variations and weathering.

Its been tried and tested, it works! So don't blame the system if you're no good.

I really like this. the Camo job is superb, the subtle chipping adds but doesn't overpower the whole effect, plus the worn, faded weathered look is spot on. The unpainted Nacelle is a nice bit of contrast. Overall great job!

Stunning build, I like the realism of painting a lot!
