The choice is difficult, but is the Short Sunderland really a bomber? I took my time but i couldn't resist to a big bomber!

Re: What build for this one....
Well - it carried bombs and/or depth charges so I think it fits the definition.ForeverPlasticKits wrote: Fri Jan 06, 2023 7:55 am The choice is difficult, but is the Short Sunderland really a bomber? I took my time but i couldn't resist to a big bomber!![]()

I love the idea of the Stirling Tug and Horsa Glider. That would be high on the awesometer!
Its been tried and tested, it works! So don't blame the system if you're no good.

Lets see what Admin says!!
I like the idea of the glider tug combo too... although that could turn out really big I guess?
Cheers, Neil

Re: What build for this one....
Interesting 8 votes so far - and fairly evenly split.
2 for the Blenheims
2 for the Dambuster Lancaster
2 for the Stirling plus Horsa
1 for the "ordinary" Lancaster
1 for the Halifax
So no clear winner yet.

No, no votes for the Handley Page 0/400......
Some of you must really like Whitelys though - now 4 votes! Got to admit a little (miniscule) bit of me was kind of hoping for the Blenheims due to space/storage considerations at the moment. Can't argue with 4 votes though.

Re: What build for this one....
OK - poll closed - we have a double build to do!!
First will be the Whitley.
When thats completed I'll move onto the Stirling + Horsa. I have a British jeep coming that will go well with the Horsa. Doing this one second as it will need a baseboard to make a diorama on.
Fingers crossed it all goes well & according to plan folks
