My name is Russ and I've joined this forum In order to help with my model building. I have only just got into modeling (im 43). As a former tank soldier It seems I am drawn to tanks and in the last week I've built a Sherman, a tiger and a Cromwell with varying degrees of success!. About to start a chieftain and have a challenger on the shelf these are the two vehicles I served in so are very personal to me and I don't want to mess them up so prepare to be bombarded with stupid questions asked innocently
hello!!!

Re: hello!!!
Welcome Russ. Many of us here are looking for help with modelling so you are in good company. As Lee said, don't feel shy about asking for help - I do it all the time
I am glad I was never in a tank to be honest. I was a soldier for 16 years but bouncing around in one of those things is not my idea of fun.
Cheers and looking forward to seeing you around.
Jim
