Cheers from Portugal
Hi All ,
My name is Antonio and i'm from Portugal !
I'm another one that rediscover the pleasures of modelling . I used to do kits when was a child and now and after some years I return to this pleaseant hobby . I have a lot of 1/24 scale tamiya Rally Cars to build , but now I'm getting to build some airplanes , and try to make some small dioramas , sorry about the quality of the photos but this two are my 'new babies' after returning to the hobby .
Messercshmitt 109 G-2/TROP (HobbyBoss Easy assembly 1/72 Kit, very funny kit to make the return , I change the markings too , great improvement ,
still to finish :Miss the aerial
The other is this Junkers 88 A-4 (Revell 1/72) , also still to finish , will have to put a clear coat , decals ,the 4 bombs (must do the decals on them first...), the aerial , and also some weathering , a nice kit but I also try to place some PE from Eduard , but as it was the first time , well , I almost give up , some of the PE was somehow a waste of time , becuse we can't see them ... but a very good experience , I suppose that was a hard kit to do after so many years back, and the cokpit should be the most 'crowded' in WWII , so tiny for a crew of four, a lot of work in 1/72 scale.
Let's see how it will be finished i will put some Photos here .I take this camo scheme from some reference I saw in a 'authentic decals' sheet, not the most happy camo scheme from Luftwaffe , but could do the job , and in the end was funny to paint , and that is all it matters , right ?
