Global Scale Modeller

Well, after the last post I found my paint mule that has been painted along side my Skyraider. First results look good.

I purposely messed up with it and allowed runs to happen just to see how it comes out. Additionally, it doesn't smudge the paint finish that was top coated with Alclad Aqua Gloss.

Did a little bit of dry fitting while the wheels cure.

Enjoying this build so much I had to go back and read through it again.

Thanks guys! The finish is growing near, I can feel it. Mainly I just need to finish the toilet PE and figure out how to attach it to a pylon. Then put on the forward gear doors and unmask the canopy.

I also have a pretty sweet display base I purchased which is of CV-41 Midway. That whole setup will take a bit of staining and polyurethane to complete.

Got the cage on! CA glue, and CA accelerator did the trick!

So, I did a bit more....

Got the "fuze" to the toilet attached. The original one fell off and I can't find it, so I used some rivet type things from another PE fret.



I think it looks good. There are a few little details I'll get done. Then I'll need to bust out the photo booth.
