Thank you all for your words of encouragement. I guess what I was trying to say was this was the first helicopter I've ever built, the kit itself is fine apart from the decals (for me at least) the build itself was ok but for me was intrinsically unsatisfying and I doubt I'll be rushing back but I am glad that I found that out with the encouragement of my friends (yes I mean you and you and even you... ) so here it is done.

    Very nice! Well done sir.

What was unsatisfying about the build? I mean I know thats completely subjective, but I am curious.

Its a very fair question and I had to think for a while about the answer. The kit is fine but the decals a little thick, I know I'm repeating myself but that isnt the answer to your question. I guess that I don't normally make "modern" stuff and certainly not aircraft - in this modelling incarnation I've never made one, perhaps I should but its not an itch I need to scratch at the moment :) I've now entered two Sigs out of my "zone" and that was because I felt it was important to support the proposers (some Canadian bloke and Tomcat) because the general trend of the website/forum is away from these types of things (I didn't want to use the word "competition" because they aren't really - more like friendship associations around a single subject or theme) and I think that would be sad. As you said its subjective but I just look at it (the Apache) and go....meh. Just for clarity of my meandering, I can still appreciate a good  when I see one though!
    hope that answers a bit.
