All,
What are your favorite techniques for making small rivets and bolt heads? I have the Waldron sub-miniature punch set but sometimes I need rivets/bolts smaller than the smallest punch. I have tried slicing sprue, but I can never get uniform slices. What's your tricks?
Thanks,
Dave

I usually use Archer surface details http://www.archertransfers.com/ for really small rivets, they have from around 0.9 mm down to 0.1 mm diameter. These are decals with resin details on the decal film so they are easy to apply, just cut a strip as long as you need it and apply it like a decal. Not sure if they have bolt heads.

You can see some of the rivets next to the seat in this McLaren M23
