Zveda 1:144 A-90 Orlyonok

Post by pourquoi61 »

Ok, this has been another fun build straight out of the box. The surface of the plastic kit has a texture on it but it does not affect (for me) the final finish. I hope that you like this blog even if it is not rammed with text and I HOPE that I get better at this.

MiG-21 is of the same scale for a size comparison.

Okay this is about the strangest aircraft I've ever seen. So this build prompted me to do some basic research on it, very interesting.

This is an awesome model you built here, great job!

That's a beautiful build of an odd looking aircraft... really cool subject! :th: :th:

Nice work with the panelshading and weathering to show how big this bird is. :thumb2: :thumb2:
...it get very obvious when it's close to the MiG-21 ;)

:cheers2:

The real plane could carry 200 troops or 2 tanks I believe. Thank you for your comments.

I've been into planes since I can remember, and this is the first I've ever seen this monster. Interesting subject and a great build, dude.
