Ivan's Nuts planet Trio of Figures

Post by NorthernModeller »

So, Finally I will be starting my build for this SIG, I will be doing these three figures, I have some Winsor and Newton series 7 brushes on the way and the entire range of Andrea paints en route also.

Firstly I will be building and painting the "Infected Gangster" this is a beautiful kit and seems perfect for the build.

Secondly I will be doing "Resident Casey" this is a new release and looks stunning, this comes with the most in the box with the entire scene.

finally I will be building the "Clever hunter" Simon is also putting this together and is doing a great job, I love the survivor look of this,

I also have a couple more of these nuts planet figures on the way ;)

I like the figures, all 3 :thumb2:

Well done so far! Are you planning to build them separately or in one scene?
I'm curious about the W'n'N brushes. What are they like, in your opinion? I've been using daVinci Maestro and Stalingrad brushes only.

so after some procrastinating, I got on with some of the face work on the Infected gangster, really enjoying this at the moment, I made a wet pallet using the protective paper you get with kit decals and some wet paper towel in a cotton bud lid :) cheap. I used the Andrea acrylics in this build
