Tamiya F-16 CJ 1/48

Post by Fredrik64 »

Hello
Few Pictures of my first Aircraft after coming back to the hobby

A special build for me because i tried many new techniques
on this one that i never done before like preshading and postshading

What a super nice kit this is so easy to build as i`m sure many of you know .
The remove before flight are from Eduard they are to big as you can see
even though they say it´s 1/48.

Paints used on this one was all done in Vallejo model air
Weathering done with AK interactive Products.

Thanks for watching

That's a very nice job and extremely good for your first attempt after many years!

I love Falcons, they're my favourite aircraft in all their guises. They just scream JET to me....lol
Where does all the bloody time go.....?

Another beautiful bird Fredrik, I've got a real hankering for a larger scale jet at the moment, something I've always avoided.

Cracking build there mate. I got a large scale F16 kit off a guy in my ATC squadron when I was younger, but it never got built. I was kind of hoping it was stashed at my parents house somewhere but I have yet to find it.

The finish on this is really nice, good job!
