With just over a month to go to the end of the Sci Fi SiG it looks like we're struggling a little for finishers at the moment after the initial burst of interest; so a couple of us were wondering if it's worth extending the deadline by a month or two to allow people to finish their summers and then get back to the bench.

Just putting the idea out there to see what everyone thinks?

Sorry it's taken so long to get around to responding, I've had a busy August

I am certainly open to going another month (we ended on Halloween last year). I think unless I hear some serious objections we can absolutely announce that by Friday.

No worries buddy, I know you've had your hands full recently - hope everything went as well as it could this weekend.

Halloween seems to fit our "style" somehow

I am struggling to get a replacement kit so another month may give me more of a chance to finish

I've just heard that it'll be 4-6 weeks to get the replacement decals for my nause up on the Enterprise pylons so I've now got a vested interest in extending this until October

sorry for the late reply, I had heard rumours of extending the deadline so popped in too check, i would be happy with that, busy month this month with not much bench time and my 50th coming up on the 22nd so an extra month would be good for me to get my wee x-wing finished.

Watched the final ISM news show (shame it's the last one but Paul and Lee are busy guys) and it said the end date has indeed been extended to the end of October which is good news
