A fun and uncomplicated build with a lot of potential if time is taken. I scratch built the interior bay componenets to simulate ASW and magnetic anomaly detection equipment to fill the very empty space, also constructed some interior ribs and longerons to simulate interior fuselage construction. Primed in Vallejo Grey, painted with Tamiya Sky Grey (XF-19), RAF Sky Grey or Dark Grey, highly thinned Dark Green for the canopy shades and UV protection of other cabin windows, mix of Humbrol Matt Red and Tamiya Flat Yellow for the MAD bird and as you can see, I mucked up the tail boom transition stripe decal and had to paint it in (after looking closely, I did not do a great job here)...I still need to unmask the windows and may have to sand and fine fit the two lower glass canopy pieces. Otherwise very happy with the build and the result, hope you enjoy!
