My contribution to the GB, this could go awesome or horribly wrong. I've had this decal with this build in mind, lost it (forgot my safe place to not ruin it) then found it and lost it again. BUT NOW IT'S FOUND!lol will be primed in Ultimate White or grey dont know what will be better, thoughts? And painted Scalefinishes Nissan JW0 Millenium Jade.

Interesting idea
Focus on the body and paint, and it will come out fine
I have found the Fujimi curbside kits to be a bit lacking in engineering and fitment...much prefer the Fujimi enthusiast kits
But I also wanted aftermarket wheels so had to re-engineer the running gear..so really my own worst enemy

Always like the body style of those Volkswagen Scirroco’s in the 80’s...and the Audi Fox
I think it is early teen lust for a cool car....we had a Chevette

Awesome, good for you.
I am a huge hatchback/ hothatch fan, love those body styles and versatility.
We got a ‘12 Scoobie STi this summer for my boy to learn standard and me to use in the snow. It has hardly snowed at all this winter. He will steal it likely in a year or so and take it to College.
Anyhow good to see you back and look forward to your build.

I did a similar color to that on a 57 Chevy and used the Ultimate grey primer, with great results. The only time I ever really find myself using the white primer is for straight white paint jobs, and also yellows. However I did end up using grey on my most recent build which was painted white, which came out well but will need 1-2 recoats of paint.

Then applied the Millennium Jade, might do another couple of coats but don't think its going to get any darker.

Body cleared and set on the frame to see how she looks, not to bad. I like the stance and really falling in love with that color! Wonder what else I can use it on? A few more final steps and build 2 for 2018 is done!

Pretty Cool indeed
Love the colour and she does fit up there pretty good!
Now is that a decal like a normal decal we would think of using on a model or is it on a vinyl backing??
I used auto/motorcycle vinyl decals to customize all of my son's goalie masks....three so far

It's a waterslide made for models, I just didn't realize it was printed on white background inkjet paper.

Learning curve as long as you had fun building that is all that matters.
Still it looks a mean car mate.
