Is everything ok with the store?

Hi is everyone getting their orders through ? I placed a pretty big order (over £100) on Tuesday morning and made sure everything I ordered was in stock but nothing's been dispatched yet? I used the contact form about it and called and left a message but nothing back yet which is very unusual so wanted to check if there were any problems?

My Mrs has finally put her foot down on me using mr Surfacer or Alclad primer at home so I'm stuck with a pile of half sanded egg planes until a big box of UMPs finest primers, thinners and cleaners arrives....
