International Scale Modeller

looking for some info on Paint guys. Normally i build Armour, but iv been enticed to build a "Scania" Truck by one of my friends. Whay paint manufacturer produces the best "gloss black" in the opinion of the forum. I was told to use Tamiya x18 semi gloss black and add some x35 Semi gloss clear which im told would enhance the sheen. But i was wondering if ther is a manufacturer that does a high gloss out there.
