AIRFIX 1/72 A-4B SKYHAWK

Post by RobertA »

Airfix Skyhawk completed this morning! A slight build thread can be found elsewhere on the forum.. :)

It turned out a little bit dirtier than I anticipated but in the end I am quite pleased with it! I'm not used to adding washes to aircraft, I tend to prefer them looking 'clean', but it's all a learning curve, I guess..

Lovely miniature :) although the paintwork is not too exciting as it is only grey like most modern aircraft the colourful decals really add a lot of interest. great work as always rob!

Thank you AchtungPanzer and Michael!:

The model got to the clubmeeting last Monday, but I didn't.. I was too tired to go! I haven't got a clue if it placed in the competition, but I doubt it.. Still, I guess I find out eventually!! :) :) It was a fun little project..
