Hey guys so this will be my entry for the Easter SIG.



On with the sprue shots.




The kit comes with 2 pilot figures on similar to the box art and one more standard offering.

Clear parts are nice and clear.


The decal sheet is nice and beats some other manufacturer mainstream offerings!


The instructions are nice and clear. This will be a nice easy build.

So got this built.

Alittle cleanup to do but not a difficult build.

The pilot canopy and gear are not glued.

Will be getting some primer on this today ready for painting at the weekend!

Off to a good start gups

Nice start to the kit.

Great start can't wait to see this egg hatch

Right so after along gap its update time.

After some initial issues with primers due to grease/dirt on the kit.

Painting has begun.


Pilot all painted up just need to clean up the wash and give it a flat coat.
The eyes are decals and went down great.


Landing gear hit with white then painted the tyres in.


Cockpit, intakes and exhausts were hit with NATO black. And the gear bays in white.

So next will be installing the pilot and masking and fitting the canopy.

Oh..that's one sexy pilot there! Great job with the eyes!

So next update.

Been working on getting this done the last couple of days so on with the pics.

Pilot was flat coated and the canopy was fixed in place.

Then a overall coat of light grey was added for the main pant work.

I decided to freehand the camo.

engine exhausts painted in with some gun metal paint.

Then gloss and decals.

Flat coat and done!










So pop over to the final reveals for the finished pics.
