this is my roden 1/72 Fokker f1 flown by Werner Voss,he had 48 victories and was based at phalempin airfield near lille September 23 1917.
this model was brush painted with thinned tamiya acrylics, the under side and to were first painted with tamiya light blue then given a cote of humbrol matt varnish to protect it.the streaks were done by using a thinned down tamiya olive drab on the top surfaces and sides.ones that had fried using a old frayed brush dipped in olive drab and almost dry brushed it on to create darker streaks.

one it was dry i gave it a cote of humbrol clear for the decals.rodens decals were ok but not as good as most.the worked well with micro set and sol and conformed well to the detale.once all of the decals had dried i gave it another coat of clear to seal them in and glued the top wing on using grio superglue medium. :D
