Tamiya 1/35 'Pibber' Diorama in Mekong Delta

Post by rodrant »

So Final reveal for this build !

It was a pleasant build , I enjoyed very much all steps of it ! The Pibber kit is Tamiya :th: , it is an oldie but no issues at all building it , nice figures , a lot of accessories , you could buy more stowage in After market , but you can build it Out of the Box that it is a very nice kit , again it is a 'no stress' kit ! About the Verlinden Resin kit of the VC boat , also a very nice kit , no instructions : , but I can live with it , don´t like their hats ...too small !!

The 'Jungle' is made from three kits from Fredericus Rex , as well as the tall grass ...nice plants , they are made of some sort of hard paper and some metallic structures ...the result is very nice !

Now let's look at some pictures , hope that you like this Diorama , again it was a pleasure to participate in a GB in this incredible forum and looking forward for next year's SiG's and GB's :th:

Just caught the final reveal now and I must say, it was an amazing build thread and this is an amazing dio! The VC's hats are too small I agree! Otherwise, its a cracking dio and you did a great job on all aspects!
