Belkit Ford Fiesta RS WRC

Post by Rallychef »

Time to throw my hat into the ring, I intend to build 'the company car' so to speak, as a semi retired motorsport chef, I still do a little work for the M Sport (Ford) World Rally Team, who test this car at their forest test track which is a couple of miles from my house.

This is going to be the start of a series of builds, I have the decals to do the 2011/12/13 & 14 car, I have also just ordered the transkit to do Matts (Wilson) 2014 Fiesta R5 pilot car. (I just have to save up for the rest of the base kits !! I am not a prolific builder but hope to get this first car built during the course of this group build.

Paul, the kit itself is really good, nicely moulded & detailed with the addition of P/E seatbelt hardware, grills etc. I too am looking forward to the (eventual) release of the escort I have a couple on order. Did you hear about their proposed release for the end of 2016.....Manta 400, I also plan on having one of those.

Cheers Ian D

as you can see we have decals for 2011-2014 cars at present. I intend to start with the 2011 build
Luckily I am not short of reference material. These were taken at a sponsors day at our Greystoke Forest test Track in Sept 2011 (link to slideshow)
