As for the wood finish, it's actually easier to make than it may seem at first.
first I painted panels in various tones of "yellowish-brown", I used Tamiya XF-59 desert yellow, Model Master acrylic 4673 wood and Vallejo Air 028 sand yellow.
Then with a sponge and artist oil color burnt siena I made those wood texture grains.

As for propeller, I first painted it with xf-59, then I cut masking tape in thin stripes, like aprox 0.7mm, masked it off and sprayed with xf-64 red brown. Then again wood grain with sponge and oils, varnish, decals, varnish...
