Fantastic build of a fantastic kit.

Hi Orbyn ,Orbyn wrote:Looks good! What do you think of the kit?
this kit in my opinion , and i'm new on the modelling , is just superlative !
I have here a photo of the cockpit just to you to see the detail, it is a 1/72 scale :
you may build it OOB it is a great adition to anybody collection/exibition . It is a Tamiya Kit so more expensive than other brands , and I'm a little suspicious as i'm a very Big Tamiya fan , but I really think if you can afoard it go for it , it a very neat model kit .
Thank you for watching it .

Sound like I may have to pick this up, thanks.rodrant wrote:Hi Orbyn ,Orbyn wrote:Looks good! What do you think of the kit?
this kit in my opinion , and i'm new on the modelling , is just superlative !. I call it the 'Anti-Stress Kit' , everything fits just fine , no gaps , the cockpit fits nicely , and for a 1/72 scale kit it has such a detailed cockpit !

That cockpit looks great, you have done a wonderful job on it.

Great! I've only heard good things about this kit, and you've done good things with it too
. Whether or not the deck is accurate, it still looks brilliant as a base. Excellent all round there!

Very well done you even have the oil stained deck, god job. I must agree that being rather new to the hobby that the Tamiya kits are as you put it anti stress and if I had known that Tamiya kits would have been all I built for the first few kits.

May I ask what colour this is? I have the new airfix moulding and it only comes with the paint scheme for the green on top, when i would much rather this paint scheme!

Hi Benge , the color that I used was Tamiya AS29 Gray Green (IJN) spray , but I believe that XF76 acrylic also from Tamiya would be the same .Benge wrote:May I ask what colour this is?
